We operate this store and website, together with their information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Shopify supplies the platform that powers the store experience.

Payment must be received and processed first. Review the order before submission because cancellation may not be possible after acceptance. If we reject, change, or cancel an order, Chamberlain Coffee will try to notify you using the email, billing address, or telephone number provided with it.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICE TERMS

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change with no prior notice. The price in effect when an order is placed is the amount charged and will appear in the confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import fees.

A customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update details such as email address, card numbers, and expiration dates so transactions can be completed and we can contact you.

You represent and warrant that card information is true, correct, and complete; you are authorized to use the card; the card company will honor the charges; and you will pay the posted price plus applicable shipping, handling, and taxes.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING RISK AND TIMING

Chamberlain Coffee is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 — CONTENT AND BRAND OWNERSHIP

the store experience—which includes trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement—belong to Chamberlain Coffee, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by United States and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual-property laws.

A customer may use the store experience only personally and non-commercially. Without prior written consent, A customer must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivatives from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit Service material. Except where the terms on this page expressly say otherwise, no patent, trademark, copyright, or other right of Chamberlain Coffee, Shopify, or a third party is licensed or granted. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state intellectual-property laws, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Chamberlain Coffee names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Chamberlain Coffee or its affiliates or licensors and cannot be used without prior written permission. Shopify names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are Shopify trademarks. Other such identifiers belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — ACCESS TO OUTSIDE TOOLS

Third-party customer tools may be made available through the store experience even though Chamberlain Coffee does not monitor, control, or contribute to them.

Those tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsements of any kind. We accept no liability arising from or connected with their use.

Using an optional tool is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should understand and approve the provider’s terms before doing so.

Future tools or resources may also be introduced through the store experience. They become part of the store experience and remain subject to the terms on this page.

SECTION 8 — DESTINATIONS OPERATED BY OTHERS

the store experience may include materials, hyperlinks, or embedded functions supplied or operated by external organizations. Chamberlain Coffee does not undertake to examine or evaluate their content or accuracy. Leaving the store experience to use them is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY AND THIS AGREEMENT

Chamberlain Coffee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the store experience to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Chamberlain Coffee. By using the store experience, a customer acknowledges and agree that Shopify is not responsible in relation to any aspect of any sales between you and Chamberlain Coffee, which includes any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Chamberlain Coffee.

SECTION 10 — HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

person-linked information collected through the store experience is governed by our Privacy Policy; some information may also be governed by Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Using the store experience means a customer acknowledges having read those policies.

Because Shopify hosts the store experience, it collects and processes information about access and use in order to deliver and improve the store experience. Information you submit is transmitted to Shopify and other parties that may be located outside your country. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional details about how we, Shopify, and our partners use person-linked information.

SECTION 11 — SUBMITTED COMMENTS

In circumstances where you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, plans, or other material (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, which includes commercial purposes. Chamberlain Coffee may use that license to operate, deliver, evaluate, enhance, improve, and promote the store experience and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under the terms on this page.

You represent and warrant that you own or hold every right needed for the Feedback, have disclosed compensation or incentives connected with it, and will comply with the terms on this page. We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you, or respond.

Chamberlain Coffee may, but need not, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, otherwise objectionable, or contrary to the terms on this page or another party’s intellectual-property rights.

Feedback must not violate any external person’s intellectual-property, privacy, personality, proprietary, or other right; be unlawful, abusive, libelous, or obscene; or contain a virus or other malware capable of affecting the store experience. A customer may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us or others about the Feedback’s origin. You are solely responsible in relation to its content and accuracy, and we accept no responsibility or liability for Feedback submitted by you or anyone else.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS IN STORE CONTENT

Information in or made available through the store experience may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. Chamberlain Coffee may correct them, revise information, or cancel an order from time to time without prior notice, which includes after order submission.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Direct or indirect use is prohibited when it: (a) serves an unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) violates international, federal, provincial, state, or local law; (c) infringes our intellectual-property rights or anyone else’s; (d) harasses, abuses, insults, harms, defames, slanders, disparages, or intimidates an employee or another person; (e) transmits false or misleading information; (f) sends, receives, uploads, downloads, uses, or reuses material that does not comply with the terms on this page; (g) transmits or arranges advertising or promotional material such as junk mail, chain letters, spam, or similar solicitations; (h) impersonates or attempts to impersonate another person or entity; or (i) otherwise restricts another person’s use or enjoyment, harms Chamberlain Coffee, Shopify, or Service users, or exposes them to liability.

You also agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code that may affect the store experience; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the store experience; (c) collect or track others’ person-linked information; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or pretext; (e) use robots, spiders, scraping or data-extraction tools, automated devices or processes, AI tools such as agentic AI, or automated or manual means to access the store experience; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or evade security, authorization, robot-exclusion, or other access-control measures. Chamberlain Coffee may suspend, disable, or terminate an account with no prior notice if we decide the terms on this page were violated.

SECTION 14 — SOFTWARE AGENTS

14.1 These Agent Terms apply whenever you use, permit, enable, or cause an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Service. “Agent” means software or a service that acts autonomously or semi-autonomously for or at the instruction of a person or entity and can be executed on that party’s behalf or using a person’s device without direct supervision.

14.2 An Agent may access, use, or interact with a Service only while identifying itself and satisfying section 14.4. No Agent may interact with a Service after we have requested that it stop.

14.3 Chamberlain Coffee may use technical or other measures to limit whether and how an Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with the store experience.

14.4 Every Agent must: (i) identify each HTTP or HTTPS request as an Agent request and disclose its name in the user-agent string using “Agent/Chamberlain-Coffee”; (ii) never hide or obscure that an Agent is acting, which includes by mimicking human behavior or interaction patterns or by completing or bypassing a CAPTCHA or another human-versus-computer measure; (iii) answer truthfully any prompt that asks whether the interaction comes from a human or a computer; and (iv) never circumvent or avoid a measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control an Agent’s access, use, or interaction.

SECTION 15 — WHEN THESE TERMS END

Chamberlain Coffee may end this agreement or your access to all or part of the store experience at Chamberlain Coffee's sole judgment from time to time and with no prior notice. You remain responsible in relation to every amount due through the termination date.

Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any provision that by its nature should survive will continue after termination.

SECTION 16 — SERVICE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES

Information available through the store experience is supplied only for general informational purposes. Chamberlain Coffee does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Reliance is entirely at your own risk, and we disclaim responsibility for reliance by visitors or anyone informed of the content.

EXCEPT WHERE Chamberlain Coffee EXPRESSLY STATES OTHERWISE, the store experience AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Chamberlain Coffee does not WARRANT THAT USE OF the store experience WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS RESTRICT OR PROHIBIT DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO PARTS OF THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 17 — DAMAGES AND LIABILITY CAPS

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, Chamberlain Coffee, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR CORRESPONDING PARTIES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, AND SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER THE THEORY IS CONTRACT, TORT which includes NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM USE OF the store experience, PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THEM, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONTENT OR PRODUCTS POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

SECTION 18 — RESPONSIBILITY FOR CERTAIN CLAIMS

A customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chamberlain Coffee, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against losses, damages, liabilities, and third-party claims, which includes reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from: (1) your breach of the terms on this page or incorporated documents; (2) your violation of law or a third party’s rights; or (3) your access to and use of the store experience.

Chamberlain Coffee will notify you of an indemnifiable claim; delayed notice does not release your obligations unless it materially prejudices you. At your expense, Chamberlain Coffee may direct the defense and settlement and choose counsel, but Chamberlain Coffee will not agree to a settlement imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defense, which includes by supplying relevant documents.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS

If a provision is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest lawful extent and the unenforceable part is severed. The validity and enforceability of every other provision remain unaffected.

SECTION 20 — ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING

A failure by us to exercise or enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it.

the terms on this page and any policies or operating rules posted through the store experience constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us about the store experience. They supersede earlier and contemporaneous proposals, communications, and agreements, written or oral, which includes prior versions of the terms on this page.

Ambiguity in the terms on this page will not be interpreted against the party that drafted them.

SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT RIGHTS

A customer may not delegate, transfer, or assign this agreement or any right or obligation under it without our prior written consent; an attempted transfer is void. Chamberlain Coffee may transfer, assign, or delegate the terms on this page and our rights and obligations without consent or notice.

SECTION 22 — LEGAL RULES THAT GOVERN

the terms on this page and any separate agreement through which Chamberlain Coffee provides Services are governed by and construed under the laws applied by the federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where Chamberlain Coffee is headquartered. You and Chamberlain Coffee consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Headings are included only for convenience and do not limit or otherwise change the terms on this page.

At Chamberlain Coffee's sole judgment, Chamberlain Coffee may update, change, or replace any part of the terms on this page by posting revisions through the store experience. You are responsible in relation to checking periodically. Material changes will be communicated as governing law requires and take effect on the date given in the notice. Continuing to access or use the store experience after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
