How returns and refunds work
Return rights, excluded merchandise, exchange steps, and payment timing are set out separately for clarity.
When a return request may be opened
A customer may request a return within 30 days after receiving an item. A return qualifies only when the item remains in the condition in which it arrived: unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.

After accepting a return, Chamberlain Coffee will provide a return-shipping label together with directions explaining how and where to send the package. Merchandise mailed back before a return is requested will not be accepted.

What to do about damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately so we can review what happened and make it right.
Return exclusions
Some categories cannot be returned, which includes perishable items such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products such as special orders or personalized goods; and personal-care products. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also non-returnable. Contact us In circumstances where you are uncertain whether a particular item is eligible.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Replacing an item through return and reorder
The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you already have and, after that return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
EU customers' 14-day withdrawal period
Despite the policy above, merchandise shipped into the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its received condition—unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging—and A customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing money back after a return
After the returned item is received and inspected, Chamberlain Coffee will tell you whether the refund was approved. An approved refund is issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post it.
